·         Build and maintain profitability for ten Dunkin’ Donuts locations throughout greater Philadelphia.

·         Recruit, hire, train and manage District Managers that promote profitability, customer service, and employee retention at all locations.

·         Evaluate new franchise opportunities and initiate acquisitions of new locations. 

·         Oversee all franchise acquisitions, from initial business plan to opening of location. Create business plan, secure financing, select architects and construction crews, manage build out, hire all employees and develop and enforce all internal policies.

·         Negotiate pricing and terms, and enforce all contractual agreements with lassoers and vendors.

·         Managed all daily operations for this 45-room inn with 23 full and part time employees.

·         Recruited, hired, trained and supervised employees to provide the utmost in guest service.
